Nature on Your Brain?

Do you feel better when you are in nature? Is nature a sanctuary where you find respite and refuge? What has 100,000 years of living in nature done to us? Can nature have a benefit for humans outside of just the physical beauty it provides us? In this session we will explore the new sciences behind our connections to nature. These questions will help us ask a final question: How can we utilize nature at camp to work with our campers?
