Making & Maintaining a Terrific Team Culture

As leaders we all work to build strong teams among our Fellows, and camp communities as a whole. Connected and collaborative fellows tend to be more enthusiastic about their Cornerstone responsibilities and invested in bringing a positive impact to camp. Maintaining that energy and teamwork can be challenging over the course of a long summer. In this session we will participate in a variety of fun and purposeful teambuilding activities that can easily be brought back to camp and used with your Fellows and entire staff.

Brett has over fifteen years of youth development experience as a supervisor, mentor, trainer, and therapist. Prior to his work as a trainer, Brett served as a Program Manager at Harlem RBI, a unique program that uses teamwork to teach and inspire low-income youth to reach their potential.
