Cornerstone Seminar 2017

As a Liaison, having one-on-one conversations and being the person your Fellows can talk to is an essential part of your job. It is often a difficult, but if done well, can be truly fulfilling. In your roll you will need to have many different kinds of conversations with each of your fellows: relationship building conversations, accountability conversations, supportive conversations, just to name a few. In this session we will model, practice and deconstruct different types of supervisory conversations that you can have with your Fellows.
