Erica Goldman

Erica Goldman grew up in New York and Florida and was a camper at Cejwin Camps for its last two years in existence. After receiving her BA in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Brandeis University, Erica went on to work in software development in the Boston area until the summer of 2004, which she spent as Director of Dance at Camp Alonim in Los Angeles. That experience was the beginning of an incredible new career of teaching Israeli dance year-round, both in the U.S. and internationally.

In the summers of 2013 and 2014, Erica was also the Goodman Educator for Camp Alonim, working to expand and improve Israel education at camp as part of the FJC and the iCenter’s Goodman Camping Initiative for Modern Israel History. Soon after her first experience as a Cornerstone Educator in May 2015, Erica launched Ma’agal, an initiative to improve Israeli dance education at schools and camps across the nation. After twelve incredible summers at Alonim, Erica spent the summer of 2016 traveling from camp to camp across the US doing Israeli dance residencies.

Erica recently graduated with her MBA and an MA in Jewish Professional Leadership from the Hornstein Program at Brandeis University and is a Wexner Fellow/Davidson Scholar, class 28. She is the Director of Program and Operations at JPRO Network and is delighted to help support all those who work for the Jewish nonprofit community in North America.
