Sara Beth Berman has been working as a Jewish Educator since a few weeks after her bat mitzvah. Sara Beth, who is proud to have two first names, spent her summers working at URJ Camp Coleman, Camp Interlaken JCC, Camp Ramah Darom, and with USY on Wheels. Sara Beth enjoys teaching both in the water and in the shade, and she has a strong affinity for flip chart markers. At camp, she spends her time collaborating with staff members to concoct magical programs for the whole kehillah/community, making people laugh, facilitating the professional development of staff members, keeping her Hebrew skills intact…and eating and distributing snacks.

Sara Beth was a Nadiv Educator / Program Director at URJ Camp Coleman and the Davis Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. She also served as the Associate Director of Storahtelling, a ritual theatre company and educational training institute headquartered in NYC. She has also spent time working for the Foundation for Jewish Camp; Camp Ramah in the Berkshires; a variety of synagogues in Florida, New York, and Connecticut; and in Human Resources at Penguin Group (USA). Sara Beth received her BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and her MA in Jewish Education from the Davidson School at the Jewish Theological Seminary.
